The magazine Bergsmannen has written an article about Chromafora’s work on a gold leaching method that is safer, less harmful to the environment, and can offer profitability advantages for mining companies compared to traditional cyanide leaching.
Johan Berg, Application Manager at Chromafora, explains: “We started with an old leaching method, thiosulfate leaching (S2O32-), which we have combined with our patented metal extraction process SELMEXT, Selective Metal Extraction, for the best results.”
